I worked with Gultekin at Bridgestone for almost a year, and we collaborated closely on a few projects. Gultekin was known in our design team as someone who asked the right questions and was not afraid to challenge the status quo. He took initiative, looked for ways to improve old processes, and introduced new ideas that made our work better.

He drove our design system implementation and spread knowledge about the use of UX research as well as different UX methodologies across the company. A great example of this was his work with the design sprint. He shared his experience with this methodology as both a facilitator and a participant.
